I found Cole and his cheesecakes at the Old Town Keller market today. I have celiac disease, so seeing a sign that said “Gluten Free Flavors available” made me stop! I bought a slice of GF Almond Joy. It was a surreal experience to eat a cheesecake at all, and this was particularly delicious!!! So creamy, with the perfect chocolate crust! I will be purchasing again, for sure!!
